Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Those seeds inside the pumpkin may look gooey at the first cut, but they’re a quick treat when the carving is done. Wash the seeds in water, pat dry. Melt butter and toss in seeds until coated. Spread out on a cookie sheet in one layer. You can sprinkle with parmesan cheese, or your favourite flavour if you like. Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes, or until lightly browned. When they’re cool enough, enjoy!
