Microwave Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash

  • 4 tsp. brown sugar

  • 2 tsp. butter

Directions

  1. Place your whole squash in the microwave and cook for four minutes.

  2. Turn your squash over and cook for an additional four minutes. Remove the squash from the microwave and cut in half (from stem to tip). Scoop out the seeds from each half. Spread butter and add ½ of the brown sugar to each half.

  3. Put back into the microwave and cook for another three minutes or until done.
