Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- Juice from one orange
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 300g pkg. of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
- Pinch salt

Directions
- In saucepan, bring water, freshly squeezed orange juice and sugar
to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved
- Add cranberries, orange rind and salt
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries just pop
approximately 10 to 15 minutes
- Spoon into serving dish and cool
Makes 2 1/2 cups
Note: This can easily be made up to 3 days ahead and refrigerated.
