Bread

 




Ingredients

  • 400g bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 250g package of light cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2/3 of a 500g tub of light sour cream
  • 250g bag of precooked bacon bits
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • A round loaf of your favorite bread

Directions

  1. Cut the cream cheese into small chunks and place into a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the loaf of bread and mix together.
  3. Cut a hole into the top of the loaf about 5” and remove most of the soft inside of the bread loaf. Place the top and insides aside.
  4. Place the mixture into the hollowed out loaf and place the top you cut off back on.
  5. Double wrap the loaf in tin foil. Place in oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Rip the bread you put aside into bite size pieces.
  7. When ready, use the bread for dipping. You can also serve with crackers and vegetables.
